White Beans with bacon and herbs

8 slice bacon
2 cans cannellini or navy beans
4 cloves garlic
basil, rosemary, or parsley
0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp red wine or balsamic vinegar
2.5 cups chicken broth
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 black pepper

sauteƩ bacon
take out bacon and chop up
stir in herbs and garlic
cook for 30 seconds
deglaze with vinegar and 0.5 cups broth
add beans then rest of the broth
season
simmer for 15-20 min until liquid has cooked off
garnish with remaining parsley
