Roast Brussels
1/2 cup lard or olive oil or mix
1 lb Brussels
tsp lemon juice
sweet chili sauce
oven 400F
cut brussels in half long wise or fourths if really big
heat up lard / oil in small pot over medium high heat
fry brussels, stirring often a few minutes, season
transfer to baking sheet cut side down
roast for 10 min each side
toss in sweet chili sauce and lemon juice
