Iced Coffee

Set coffee grinder to line between medium and coarse
Grind
Fill bag with coffee so it is full, but still closes completely
Tighten bag
Pinch bag below cinch
Below the cinch wrap both strings around the bag and tie a knot
Put bag in glass jar
Fill with water 1" below the top
Put on lid
Wait 13 hours
Pull out bag half way
Squeeze a bit to get coffee out
Discard grinds
Top jar up with water
Stir
