Grilled Carrots
- Preheat grill to 400°F
- Wash and peel carrots
- Toss carrots with:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Place carrots on grill
- Grill 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally
- Remove when tender and lightly charred
