Grilled Carrots

  1. Preheat grill to 400°F
  2. Wash and peel carrots
  3. Toss carrots with:
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  4. Place carrots on grill
  5. Grill 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally
  6. Remove when tender and lightly charred
