Olive oil: ¼ cup (keeps chicken moist)
Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons (freshly squeezed)
Garlic: 4 cloves (minced or grated)
Dried oregano: 1 tablespoon (the signature Greek flavor)
Kosher salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
Optional: 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar for extra tang.
Marinade 30min - 2 hrs, do not marinade for longer as lemon will break down meat
Grill 450F 7min each side
