Fish Tacos
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp coriander
1 lb mahi-mahi or halibut
cojita cheese
corn tortillas
- Peel limes, cut into small pieces. Chop up 1/4 cup tightly packed cilantro.
- Mix 3 tbsp olive oil, salt, paprika, coriander in bowl. Coat fish.
- Broil fish until golden brown 5-6 min.
- Broil tortillas.
- Mix limes, cilantro, with 2 tsp olive oil and salt.
- Fill tortilla with fish and lime mix. Top with cheese.
