Bok Choy
5 tsp olive oil
1 tsp toasted seasame oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1.5" ginger root minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1.5 lb baby bok choy
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chicken stock or water
medium sauce pan with lid
medium high
add oil
stir garlic, ginger, pepper flakes for 45 seconds
stir in bok choy
cook 2 minutes
add soy sauce, stock or water, cover
cook 2 minutes
uncover
cook until liquid is nearly evaporated, about 3 minutes
