Black Bean Tostadas

Hispanic

1 can black beans, drained
shallot or half a small onion
1 clove of garlic
6 corn tortillas
1 cup shredded queso chihuahua
1 avocado
olive oil
hot sauce

preheat oven to 400
brush tortillas with olive oil, salt
toast tortillas in oven, flip once until lightly brown
towards the end add cheese and put back in oven for a few minutes

chop up shallot and garlic
sauté shallot and garlic in olive oil
add beans
salt to taste

cut avocado in strips

add beans, avocado, hot sauce on tortillas
