1 cup frozen corn
2 cloves garlic, minced
squeeze of lime juice
0.5 cup yellow onion diced
1 tsp ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
1 tbsp ground chili powder
queso chihuahua shredded
bake version:
400F oven
mix spices, onion, garlic in beans, corn
bake beans in ceramic top with 3/4 cup cheese
bake 10 min
mix cheese
cover with 3/4 cup more cheese
bake 10 min
stove top version:
over medium heat
olive oil
sautee onions until golden
add garlic for one minute
add beans, corn, spices
season
